While on twitter a few nights ago, I decided to send Chille and Natalya a tweet and ask their opinions on our favorite WWE Diva and they had this to say.

Natalya: ‘Melina is awesome!!!!! Flying spider monkey:)’

And then when I asked Chille if she and Melina were friends she had this to say:

Chille: ‘no but i’ve met her…seems really cool.”

It’s nice to get feedback from stars on Melina. It just goes to show what a wonderful person she is. I won’t lie, I LOVED Natties reply. It was funny and true.

You were heavily involved in the previous generation of Divas, and then you were still around for the newer stars such as Mickie James & Melina. Who were some of the women you thought had a lot of progress?
Melina reminded me of myself because she started as a valet, which gave her the time to develop her character and transition to wrestling. When I saw Melina debut with MNM, I remember thinking that was the new T&A. But she was much sexier than me, when she came in with that split! I was like “Damn, that is hot!”
From T&A to MNM- they didn’t go far did they?
I’ve been waiting for Melina to develop, and I have no doubt that she will- but she’s had back luck along the way. Just as her momentum gets going, injuries take her out. She’s called me for advice and visited me in Toronto a couple of times, and we’ve done yoga together. If you’ve noticed, she’s integrated the Ma-Trish – my back-bridge ducking maneuver- into her repertoire. I derived that from my yoga.

As Robbie said in a previous update, it’s great to here comments from Trish praising Melina. It is sad to say it’s true when Trish said when Melina gains momentum, she gets injured, but the A List Diva will be back soon kicking butt!

In addition to that, MU now has 5 new co-webs that we’re gonna test out over the summer! They’re all dedicated Melina fans, and I’d like to welcome them to the MU family.

Former WWE Diva amd 7 Time Womens Champ Trish Stratus had this to say about Melina in an interview with The Wrestler/Inside Wrestling Magazine.

On the “next” Trish: “When I saw Melina debut with M-N-M, I remember thinking that was the new T&A. But she was so much sexier than me, when she came in with that split! I was like, ‘Damn, that is hot!’.

It’s not hard to believe that someone as great as Trish would recognize Melina as the star that she is. Melina has made a huge mark on the wrestling world for legends like Trish Stratus and Bret Hart to praise her. Shirlz- upon reading this, I was very happy that Melina sees what us in the MeliNation have seen since her debut in WWE. If Melina can have similar success in WWE that Trish had, we can all be happy.

If you could tell yourself in high school…
I’d have an entire sit down with myself to help me understand life. –Keep loving with all of your heart because that is what makes you who you are but don’t depend on anyone to love you the way you love the world. One day it will come, but your heart will break each time you expect that love and it is never given to you. Don’t change your soul at all because you will touch many people’s lives with it, just change how you handle situations that arise. I know you dreamed of a one true love but sometimes it takes awhile to find him so don’t give up … you are stronger than you think and you can be strong on your own. One more thing, don’t let anyone take away your happiness. You deserve to smile.
