So instead of doing bundled updates, I’m going to bring you daily OVW flashbacks of Melina & MNM! The catch with the download is this- you have to become a VIP member of the official Melina fanboard, Melina World Order in order to gain access to downloads. Jim Cornette introduces MNM to the Davis Arena, whether he likes it or not. Gotta say I love their OVW entrance music. Melina does her split entrance, and the A List team proudly show their OVW Southern Tag titles. Cornette recalls the way in which MNM retained their titles against Skyfire & Johnson, and says they shouldn’t be proud of it (Melina as Frosty the Snowman!). Johnny Nitro then defends their actions by saying Christmas in Louisville is depressing compared to LA, and Melina ‘Frosty the Snowgirl’ only came out to spread some holiday cheer. To end, he says “I’m sexy!” with a goofy face (can’t say I disagree!)

Cornette then talks to Mercury, saying that they should be ashamed of themselves. Mercury says he’s proud of MNM, and he shows the Nielson ratings of OVW on the December 4th show. he declares that the MNM quarter hour was the highest rated segment on the show on OVW and the WB network, and says they’re the only reason OVW is still airing. Cornette tries to get a word in, but is interruped by Melina. She declares that MNM are the greatest OVW Southern Tag champs of all time, and Nitro says it’ll stay that way for as long as they please! Geez JoMo was a goofball then!!

Cornette made an announcement that Skyfire & Johnson want a rematch for the titles. Mercury says that they were on the phone to their legal representative (Uncle Johnny Nitro!), and they point out they only have to defend their titles once every 30 days. Therefore, they were taking the titles back to LA for the holidays! Cornette tries to speak, but goofy Nitro comes in and states that his daddy is a lawyer, and they’re hot! Cornette tries to round up the segment by calling MNM turkeys- BOO!- but Nitro & Melina are too busy snogging each other’s faces off to care! Mercury relaxes in the corner. “Can you control her?!” asks Cornette, to end this segment.

Melina posted the following on her Twitter last night in regards to her latest therapy session:

I’m doing great!!! Therapy went well today. I’m so excited! I jogged today!!! It’s a huge deal for me and my knee didn’t hurt at all!!! I’m on my way Tweethearts!! It’s on!!! 13 days until the Summer of Melina- I for one cannot wait for it!

So a miracle has occured- after 3 and a half years of waiting, Melina-Unlimited has FINALLY got a look at Melina’s pre-WWE career! This wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing David from Jillian-Hall.Com, who will be sending along exclusive videos of MNM in their time at Ohio Valley Wrestling (2005), and what better place to start than January?!

At this point, MNM have been feuding with Matt Cappotelli & Johnny Jeter, otherwise known as The Thrillseekers. The January 22nd 2005 edition of OVW pitted the two young teams against one another for the OVW Southern Tag Titles. In a 15 minute slugout, Melina was abducted, and MNM succombed to the double super-kick, thus losing the match. The week after, MNM challenge The Thrillseekers to a rematch, which is agreed upon in a 5 minute in-ring segment.

To be able to finally watch Melina growing as a valet was great, and we’ll have the videos up on Melivision tomorrow. However, they won’t be available for download as it wasn’t receiving credit. So WWE.Com did a feature last week where the Divas had to pick which superstars are most handsome, best listener, sharpest dresser, most sensitive and most conceited. Unfortunately, WWE decided Melina’s opinion wasn’t that important seen as she’s injured, so I have taken it upon myself to do a mock version of the Superstar Superlatives! So how about we get started!

Most Handsome: John Morrison. Er HELLO?! If this wasn’t obvious to you that I’d pick JoMo on behalf of Melina, then we need to catch you up to speed (or have Melina do it for you!). The Monday Night Delight deserves our pick as well as Melina’s for most handsome, and it wasn’t nice seeing that the sentiment wasn’t shared by both the other Divas & the WWE Universe. BOO YOU! But still, you can’t deny that he’s one hot specimen, and Melina struck gold with him!

Best Listener: John Morrison. From what I gather from Melina’s tweets, JoMo is the type of guy that you could talk to all day and he wouldn’t lose focus…ok he might, but don’t blame us for Melina being so beautiful!

Sharpest Dressed: John Morrison. So I’d prefer him with less clothes, but that’s besides the point! When it comes to dressing up outside of the ring, he can impress. I have forgiven him for his fashion faux pas when I went to the Q&A session featuring him (I hope Melina chucked out the old rusty shoes!), but if you don’t believe me when I say he looks hot both with and without clothes, click here to view our favourite couple rocking the red carpet!

Most Sensitive: John Morrison. See I didn’t know whether to put John or Santino Marella for this one simply because we’ve seen little of JoMo showing his sensitive side on TV. Santino, however wears his heart on his sleeve, and he is very sensitive towards Melina (remember his attempt at her split entrance?!) But JoMo gets the advantage because he’s been there throughout Melina’s injuries and been a good support to her.

So that leaves us with Most Conceited. We couldn’t give this to JoMo, yet I couldn’t determine who would get this dubious honour! I had some ideas, but I wasn’t sure if any of them fitted the bill. You’re probably wondering what this is all about. Well I gotta tell you this is not just big news, but HUGE news! After months of trying, Melina has agreed to take part in an exclusive Melina-Unlimited Interview! However, there is a twist to this, as it won’t be the conventional Q&A. No no no…we are going to play to Melina’s strengths, and we are in the process of arranging an exclusive LIVE CHAT! I believe this is a first for any fansite, where you’ll be able to talk directly to Melina and ask her questions about anything & everything! It’ll be a small half hour chat, as Melina is a busy girl!

We do have an FAQ section created so that you don’t ask the same questions, which you can access by clicking here. This will hopefully happen as early as this weekend, but I’m working with Melina to arrange a time that works for both of us (being in different time zones SUCKS!). But consider this your first warning to think of some unique questions for the A List Diva!

After posting last night about Melina’s return in FCW, the Diva sent along this message about whether or not she’ll be wrestling.

I really don’t know when I’m coming back or to what show. The company scheduled me for mid July. Kinda scary bcuz it’s not quite my clearance date. I know I will be ok but I need to feel safe. I wish I had just a week or so to gain confidence in my movement and strength. I still can’t straighten my leg all the way. We shall see.

I speak for every Melina fan when I say that she should focus on getting 100% better, as we have grown to become quite patient when it comes to waiting! We wish her well as she comes nearer the end of her agonising injury!
