WWE Women’s Championship x1
When: 19th February 2007- 24th April 2007
Story: Melina won her first championship title from artch nemisis, Mickie James in Bakersfield during a live Monday Night Raw broadcast. The two divas had a very heated match but Melina gained the upperhand after Mickie suffered a blow to the head, rolling her up and gaining the three count and WWE Women’s Championship. Melina would then go on to defend her title against Ashley Massaro in a Divas Lumberjack match at Wrestlemania, with Melina earning her first ever WM win! Melina lost her title in April of that year during a live un-televised live show in Paris, France. It was a triple threat involving Mickie James and Victoria. Mickie gained the unexpected pinfall over Victoria and to the crowd’s delight.

WWE Women’s Championship x2
When: April 24th 2007- June 2007
Story: During an un-televised house show event in Paris, France, a triple threat WWE Women’s Championship match took place; pitting Mickie James and Victoria against reigning champion, Melina. The match was a back and forth effort with the predictable ending of Melina retaining insight. However, what the fans didn’t know was that Mickie was about to gain the pinfall on a stunned Victoria (kayfabe – Victoria missed her cue to kick out) and win the Women’s Championship. The fans in Paris were frantic and cheered their newly crowned champion. Things turned soured when Jonathan Coachman insisted Melina get a re match and later that night, she did reclaiming her belt back. WWE.com reported on the sudden title changes making Melina (officially) a two time WWE Women’s Champion. Melina would lose the title 2 months later to Candice Michelle at Vengeance.

When: Royal Rumble – January 25th 2009
Story: Ever since her return from an injury in November 2008, Melina was quick to pick up where she left off with nemisis Beth Phoenix and the two clashed in a title bout at the pay-per-view labelled as the beginning of the road to Wrestlemania. The two put on a great match and showed the audience how two Divas can really mix it up in the ring. For a while it appeared Beth’s strength might overthrow Melina but the ‘most dominant diva’ suprised her and everyone else when she reversed a move and rolled up Beth, winning the championship! Melina celebrated in the ring as Beth looked on in shock with her man, Santino Marella. Melina would continue to hold the Women’s title for 6 months, including during the time she was moved to the Smackdown brand. But she lost it at The Bash against Michelle McCool.

WWE Divas’ Championship x1
When: 12th October 2009- 04th January 2010
Story: Melina’s move to Smackdown was surrounded in controversy, as many Melina fans felt she should be on the RAW show. After losing her Women’s title to Michelle McCool, and not being able to regain it back on many occassions, it seemed that all hope was lost for her & the fans. However, Nancy O’Dell announced that she had conducted a major Divas trade, and that they newly crowned Divas Champion, Jillian, would have to face RAW’s newest acquisition…MELINA! In a very quick match, Melina was able to hit the Last Call to become the 3rd Diva to win both the Women’s & Diva’s titles! Melina has faught off both Alicia Fox & Jillian, but may have met her match in Maryse, who returned and pinned her in tag team action! However, we may never know what would happen between the pair as Melina had to relinquish the Divas Championship due to a torn ACL.
