Melina-Unlimited has been the most brilliant Melina site on the web. This site has stayed original, creative, and well maintained. The leader of M-U, Shirlz, has just left the site. So I am here taking over alongside Jen.

Shirlz has made M-U one of the most beautiful sites on the web. I have read several of the responses to her leaving M-U on twitter, and the respect you all have her is incredible. You all know that she has worked on this site for years and got the support from Melina herself.

As new part owner of M-U I can only hope to keep the site everything you saw in it while she owned it. I hope that you ALL still continue to visit and support the site. It will surprise me if you respect me as much as you do Shirlz. She has done an incredible job.

I don’t plan on having this site go downhill. It’s my goal to keep everything in tact and bring new ideas to this site. I would love to hear the M-U visitors suggestions too. I can speak for both Jen and I whenever I say, MELINA UNLIMITED is here to stay.

I hope that you aren’t disappointed. We were all saddened today whenever we found out Shirlz was leaving. I am hoping that she comes back within the near future and helps out. I would love to work alongside her on M-U again.

Jen and I will work to keep M-U the best Melina site on the ‘net. We promise to bring you all the latest news, updates, and pictures that become available. Congratulations to Shirlz for creating this site! And GOOD LUCK to you. Hope to have you back soon!

An edit and a quick update from me, Jen! Just wanted to add my hello to everyone and echo what Robbie had to say, in that we will continue to provide the latest news and views and reviews for Melina Unlimited. I’ve run fansites and websites for 10 years now so becoming the Webmiss for MU.net will sister my running of PhenomForever.com and TheUsos.net, I’ll be adding them to affiliates and using them to further promote MU.net to the world! I’m honestly thrilled about this opportunity as Melina’s been my favorite Diva since her debut and I’m now privileged enough to run the main sites of my two favorites!

Many thanks to Shirlz, I’ve followed this site since it’s creation, she’s done an awesome job and will be missed by all. Life goes on, here’s to a new era on Melina-Unlimited.net!

Hey guys. I need to post this update on the site because it’s quite a big one, and it’s probably one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make.

I’ve decided that after 3 and a half years of running the site, I’m going to be leaving. I’m really upset about it, but I have to do it. I didn’t expect to do it so soon, but I knew it would be coming within the next couple of months. I’m not going to beat around the bush or insult anyone’s intelligence, so I’ll say this: the next stage of my life has come, and I need to put my all into that. It’s going to be VERY scary, but leaving the site is something I must do in order to make it an experience I’ll never forget.

One of my biggest fears about leaving is that the site will become dead. I’ve worked on this site for over 3 years and have done everything to make it as unique as possible, and I don’t want to see that all go to waste. That is why I’ve asked the current co-webs to keep updating as best as they can. Don’t think I’m leaving because I’m bored with Melina- that is so far from the truth it’s crazy! The past few months in particular have been rewarding because of her support for the site, and I’ll ALWAYS support Melina in what she’s doing in the WWE.

Now on to all of you. Wow, I really don’t know what to say to be honest. The most rewarding thing about doing MU was seeing how much you support it. One of the most amazing things I witnessed was when you all came online for the interview Melina did with me (nearly 100 of you at one point!), and that shows that I must’ve been doing something right with the site. Thank you for making the site such a huge success- out of all of the sites I’ve run the past 3 years (too many in the graveyard now- Samoa Joe, Jillian, John Cena just to name a few), MU has been the one I’ve stuck with because it was the one that I enjoyed the most.

For those who want to know, yes I have spoken to Melina about this, and she supports the decision I have made. I may tell some people about the conversations I have with her, but they don’t know how much it has meant for me to actually talk to Melina. I’ve been a fan of hers for 6 years, and to be able to get to have some sort of conversation with her, albeit via Twitter/email, has been amazing, and I can’t put down how much that means to me on the site. So thank you Melina for EVERYTHING!!!

So now I got to the end of my final post on the site. All the posts I’ve done are going under the name Admin until someone else takes over as main webmiss/master. The only way I can think of ending it is by saying thank you to EVERYONE that has been involved with MU for the past 3+ years. Names that come to mind are Kristine, Tori, Chris, Pedro, Bobby, Sam, Maddie, Carlyn, Robbie and so many more to mention on here. The opportunities that are coming to me now need my undivided attention, but I hope you all continue to visit the best and official source for Melina!

With a sold-out STAPLES Center in her hometown of Los Angeles on their feet, Melina basked in the white-hot glow of the moment – her moment. She was overjoyed by the reaction at having captured the Divas Championship. Several months earlier, however, the multiple-time Women’s and Divas Champion wondered if she’d ever compete again.

For decorated WWE Diva Melina, a scary and painful knee injury gave her the opportunity to become closer to her second family – the WWE Universe – than ever before. And although her trademark entrance may have been missed over the last several months, the WWE Universe’s message to their beloved Diva was clear.

“Going on Twitter and on the Raw Live Chat, the WWE Universe made me realize how much I mean to them,” she explained in an exclusive WWE.com interview. “No matter how much I tweet or blog about it, they’ll never know how much they mean to me.”

After an injury, the physical recovery isn’t the only part of rehab. Not only did Melina have 3-hour rehab sessions multiple times a week to contend with, but the tough-as-nails competitor also had to recover emotionally as well in order to come back stronger than ever – both mentally and physically.

“There are many moments where I wonder if I’m good enough, am I giving enough … do I matter,” an emotional Melina revealed. “I guess we all have that in our life at times. But the WWE Universe made me believe in myself because they believed in me.”

Don’t think our job is done yet though. In order to get into the magazine, Melina needs to get into the Top 20 from the 50 shortlisted. Therefore, we need you to VOTE LIKE MAD! You can vote once a day, and it closes in late September (plenty of time to beat David Archuleta!). At the moment, Melina is 34th, ahead of Nick Jonas & Jordin Sparks, but we still gotta vote!

Alicia rolls out of the ring and beats Melina down. Alicia holds a chin lock which is reversed. Alicia regains control with another submission which vis turned into a Last Call for the win!

FCW Diva/friend of MU, AJ Lee spoke to me about her experience of meeting one of her favourite WWE Divas in history, Melina! As you know, AJ got to meet the A List Diva when she was training at FCW. She had the following to say:

Melina was very kind and it was great to have her enter our little FCW family. We’re a tight knit group and I think she appreciated that we’re divas who have each other’s back and take care of each other. She fit in perfectly. It’s always awesome to see that people you look up to are sweet and helpful. My all time favorite divas are Lita, Molly, and Melina, and so far all three have been really great when I’ve met them, so that makes the thirteen year old April in me very happy lol.

From knowing AJ for a long time, I got a feeling she’d be VERY excited about training with Melina. April is representing the MWO, as we here at MU are incredibly proud of her- I can’t wait to see her finally make her way onto the main roster in the future! MU’s Pocket Rocket will surely make an impact!
