At Survivor Series, the smart, sexy, and powerful Divas of WWE will mix it up in a Divas Traditional Survivor Series Tag Team Elimination Match, captained on one side by ruthless Women’s Champion Michelle McCool and on the other by the dynamic Mickie James.
Mickie will lead her team, consisting of Eve Torres, Kelly Kelly, Divas Champion Melina, and Gail Kim. While Michelle will captain Jillian Hall, Beth Phoenix, Layla and Alicia Fox.
Since coming to SmackDown as one of the feature players of a major Divas trade between WWE TV shows, Mickie has been waiting for a chance to get her hands on Michelle’s gold. But the merciless Michelle, exhibiting an instant dislike for the new arrival from day one, has shown time and time again that she will do anything she can to stay ahead of the pack. With unrelenting aggression clashing head-on with electrifying determination, the Divas match is sure to be an explosive encounter from the opening bell. But, in a tag team match where elimination is the name of the game and every competitor must be capable of carrying their weight, which Divas will be good enough to fill the other crucial spots on each side of the trenches? We’re hoping for a Team Mickie win, and just to explain- Michelle & Mickie are feuding at the moment, hence why Melina isn’t team captain. Later tonight, I’ll do a Smacktalk where I’ll say who I think Melina should drop the title to if the situation arises.

Does anybody find it stupid that the Divas Champion is a teammate and the Women’s Champion is a captain. Just goes to show how much they think of the titles.

thats excactly what i said when i saw that last night i was like why is mickie captain her and michelle can still have a rilvaly without mickie being captain and ever since melina got the tittle its been sorry diva entertainment for her its making me mad

I’m just hoping that Gail somehow turns heel in this match. It’s much needed in my opinion. Maybe Kelly will cause her to get pinned or something. Hopefully Melina doesn’t get elimanated in the match. But, the way that the WWE just keeps letting McCool win all of her pay-per-view matches, I kinda doubt it. Oh by the way, that STINKS!
